1. Data-log onsite radiation from 0Hz-1THz at -115 dBm sensitivity @ $75/hr. including measurements using the customer's unique body antenna.
2. Check local ground currents and bad grounds @ $75/hr.
3. Check circuits for carrier wave radiation and magnetism @ $75/hr.*
4. Investigate RF sources onsite -- including measurements using the customer's unique body antenna using FCC developed MPE estimator or FCC approved model/software & then at incrementally increasing radius offsite RF sources @ $75/hr.. Travel @ $50/hr. computer time @ $75/hr., plus gas and/or data costs at cost.
6. Prepare an abatement report and contract @ $75/hr. All the contract prep costs to the client(s) guaranteed credited & then subtracted at the time when contract commences simultaneous with contractor’s final payment.
It should be noted that all California EMF abatement and new work done by lump sum pricing above $600 requires an appropriate California Specialty License C10 - Electrical Contractor, C33 - Painting and Decorating Contractor, C46 - Solar Contractor, C-7 - Low Voltage Systems Contractor, or a (B) General Building Contractor, if 2 or more specialties are part of the job (which is most often the case C10 & either C7, C33, and/or C46 ). If I encounter the rare job that requires only one specialist costing more than $600, I am required by law to sub-contract that job to the appropriate specialist. Currently (10/22/2019) most single specialists charge at least $1000 in California and most of them are unlicensed by the State of California and thus all of their work work is unprotected by law.
*The STETZERiZER® Microsurge Meter (used in item 3 above) measures the average magnitude of the voltage surge (i.e. the rate of change of the voltage with time) at the electrical socket. One GS Unit is 24 Volts per second. A human having a low impedance to one of the terminals of the outlet (the grounded wire) and a capacitive coupling of 800 picofarads to wiring connected to the other terminal of the outlet (the hot wire) would have a current flowing through them indicated by the STETZERiZER® Microsurge Meter. The capacitance of two parallel metal plates that are one meter by one meter and separated by one centimeter is about 800 picofarads. The capacitance of a human to the hot wires will usually be less than 800 picofarads and the current through the human will be proportionately lower. The current flow through the human will also depend on how the capacitance of the human to the wire which is distributed over the human. This is important, since it is the current flowing inside the body, and where it is flowing internally, is that which determines the effect it will have on the human. The frequency band covered by the STETZERiZER® Microsurge Meter is about 10 kHz to 100 kHz. For complete specifications on the STETZERiZER® Microsurge Meter, see U.S. Patent #6,914,435.
