Below is the certification page from the TCB lab showing that this common printer meets FCC MPE specifications by only summing one of the 3 possible wireless modes 802.11b, g, & n that often work simultaneously serving in a network environment. When there is another person near this printer say collecting pages or scanning/faxing the part of their body within 22 cm is being exposed to EMF in excess of the FCC's MPE standard making the area between 20-22cm in violation in spite of the printer's Grant of Equipment Authority
By Jeffrey Mark Taylor Below is the certification page from the TCB lab showing that this common printer meets FCC MPE specifications by only summing one of the 3 possible wireless modes 802.11b, g, & n that often work simultaneously serving in a network environment. When there is another person near this printer say collecting pages or scanning/faxing the part of their body within 22 cm is being exposed to EMF in excess of the FCC's MPE standard making the area between 20-22cm in violation in spite of the printer's Grant of Equipment Authority Proof of the 3 possible wireless modes 802.11b, g, & n for this printer. Using the FCC's MPE calculator spreadsheet & 3D graph to sum the MPE of the 3 modes b, g, & n from this printer's transceiver which shows a violation in spite of the 20cm proximity limit (that is user enforced). Remember the FCC only licences radio frequency radiation devices - they do not enforce any health or environmental standards since the Telecommunications Act of August 1996. This means that only health and environmental standards adopted before that date (over 21 years ago) can protect you in a US court of law and there are no cases where the court's have sided with plaintiff's enforcing these outdated radio frequency (thermal) standards because of the clout of the corporate telecom giants! This is in spite of the fact that with MPE summing, much of the US is in excess of these thermal standards!

AuthorMark Taylor is concerned with the unprecedented proliferation (>4 magnitudes in <7 years) of sub-optical levels of anthropogenic radio frequency (RF) radiation which severely impact the health of all life forms on Earth. This is even more dangerous than second hand cigarette smoke - perhaps as dangerous as lead poisoning was at the time of the fall of the Roman Empire. CategoriesArchives
